Help for KILL:

KILL kills a user with Services. This is slightly different from
the KILL command in your IRCd as many clients won't automatically
reconnect to your network after a kill from Services.

Syntax: KILL <target> <reason>

Examples:
    /msg &nick& KILL jdhore Pants!
