Help for SET SECURE:

SET SECURE prevents anyone not on the channel
#if halfops
access lists from gaining operator or halfop
status on the channel.
#else
access lists from gaining operator status on
the channel.
#endif

This is useful if you're paranoid.

Syntax: SET <#channel> SECURE ON|OFF

Example:
    /msg &nick& SET #foo SECURE ON
