Please use UTF-8 as encoding for your po files and stick to it.

You can also translate the man page into your language.
You find the man pages in ../data/man

The tips for the "Tip of the Day" could also be translated.
To do so, cd into ../src/modules/tip/ and copy libkvitip.kvc to
libkvitip_<language code>.kvc (if it doesn't exist already). After
copying open it in your favourite editor (read: vim ^^) and translate
the tips. As stated in that file, the translated file MUST be encoded
in UTF-8.
