After testing and discussion with hellvis69 it was found, that the
changes in r3374 didn't break Python support. A test build of r3391
(which includes the source code for the Python module) showed, that
1.) the module is linked against the SO,
2.) »python.load« and »python.begin [...] python.end« doesn't
result in errors.
Additionally this commit ensures, that the Python module is only
build if CMake was called with WITH_PYTHON=YES as the Python code
is still experimental.

Python by default.
KVIrc requires CMake 2.6 to build, the following modules are
shipped with CMake (partly even in newer versions).
- FindSubversion.cmake: part of CMake since 2.4, not needed
anymore.
- FindPackageHandleStandardArgs.cmake: available since 2.6.0.
- FindSharedMimeInfo.cmake and MacroEnsureVersion.cmake:
Only used if KDE4_FOUND is true and then we should use the KDE
versions of those files.
Updated:
- FindPhonon.cmake: Synced to upstream's (KDE) version, though I'm
not sure it ever worked as expected, if KDE isn't installed.
- FindPython.cmake was updated to use FindPython{Interp,Libs}.cmake
shipped with CMake.
Python is not implemented yet, therefore we don't need to configure
KVIrc for it.
