[KVIrc] (trunk) Revert r3376, r3374 didn't break Python.

After testing and discussion with hellvis69 it was found, that the changes in r3374 didn't break Python support. A test build of r3391 (which includes the source code for the Python module) showed, that 1.) the module is linked against the SO, 2.) »python.load« and »python.begin [...] python.end« doesn't result in errors. Additionally this commit ensures, that the Python module is only build if CMake was called with WITH_PYTHON=YES as the Python code is still experimental. git-svn-id: https://svn.kvirc.de/svn/trunk/kvirc@3393 17fca916-40b9-46aa-a4ea-0a15b648b75c

reverted cmake module for python since this commit breaks the whole python stuff. We NEED to link against shared object and NOT against static library, that's why FindPythonLibs and FindPythonInterp don't work!"
