- do not add -mwindows in the root CMakeLists.txt file, add_executable with WIN32 flag should handle that already. (the WIN32 flag is just silently ignored on non-windows)

- remove hardcoding of module paths for MSVC (and remove mmove and ix86 asm stuff which was not removed in r5235 )
- fix MSVC builds to not show a console on release builds by using the WIN32 flag in src/kvirc/CMakeLists.txt (needs checking for MinGW anyway since it might make sense there, not sure and don't want to break the build for others) and linking to qtmain on non-debug builds for MSVC in the root CMakeLists.txt file, thanks to thexception for pointing me in the right direction
