Subject: OptionsWidget_servers: revert minimum width to 600 after e2f8e3d

Cant make this dialog any wider without making the general preferences
dialog also wider, and this looks not so nice either.

So we ignore part of https://github.com/kvirc/KVIrc/issues/1355 because
thers nothing else to do but compromise, user can enjoy the slightly
taller dialog standalone which is better than nothing
