Tidy up CXXFLAGS and LDFLAGS.
- Add -Iinclude at declaration instead of doing it later on.
- Add -Wextra -Wfatal-errors and -Wno-unused-parameter.
- Enable -Wall and -Wshadow on ICC.
- Remove -DPIC (useless).
- Remove empty declaration of LDFLAGS.
- Remove unneeded CXXFLAGS on Darwin.
