Help for NETSPLIT:

NETSPLIT allows you to monitor server splits.

Syntax: NETSPLIT LIST

Lists all servers currently split from the network
and how long they have been disconnected.

Syntax: NETSPLIT REMOVE <server>

Removes a given server from the netsplit list.

Examples:
   /msg &nick& NETSPLIT REMOVE moocow.int
