revert 99925aa : Test to forcibly disable appmenu-qt5
We have KVIrc built against Qt 5.5.1 for Trusty and Willy
users who prefer to hang on to older Ubuntu can benefit from Qt 5.5 fixes
@TheReign no more building around this in your builds.
