OptionsWidget_servers: connect button window unfocus state color adjustments + add comments
@blindsight stumbled over a design omission since cd37db31.
When the KVIrc window was unfocused the Active button/text color schemes were maybe left up to Qt.
The comments should hopefully benefit future changes.
This PR adds slight fine-tuning on the button unfocused state color scheme should change both button/text color not just in one or the other in a manner that reflects something happened but doesnt fundamentally change the status of the button.
