fixed windowlist scrolling using the mouse wheel;
Added an option to discriminate between the old kvirc3 behaviour (scroll the scrollbar) and the pre-kvirc4 behaviour (scroll next/previous channel).
The options defaults to the old kvirc3 behaviour.
