INSTALL.txt: update file -remove libphonon for Qt5.x thats not used at all and update KDE bits
Qt5 uses qtmultimedia5 for audio.apparently, I never managed to get one peep out of KVIrc + QT5 + phonon selected but Selecting qt in audio settings works fine.
libphonon4qt5-dev libphonon4qt5experimental-dev libphonon4qt5experimental-dev dont help Qt5.x work with phonon at all, it probably require more KVIrc source changes to force Qt5 to use phonon in Qt5 but I dont see why that would be needed, in any case putting these back is easy.
