| * | - trailing whitespace cleanups all over the place•••- removed charset dependent manpages since it really makes no sense to distribute them, they are getting installed in non standard places and one manpage per language is enough
- added SpotChat to the serverdb, happens to be my network anyway :P (someone should remind me to check all the networks and servers there so we can do a cleanup if needed

| * | [KVIrc] (trunk) Revert r3376, r3374 didn't break Python.••• After testing and discussion with hellvis69 it was found, that the
changes in r3374 didn't break Python support. A test build of r3391
(which includes the source code for the Python module) showed, that
1.) the module is linked against the SO,
2.) »python.load« and »python.begin [...] python.end« doesn't
result in errors.
Additionally this commit ensures, that the Python module is only
build if CMake was called with WITH_PYTHON=YES as the Python code
is still experimental.
